What is the delivery time?
We deliver orders within:
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery time may vary during holidays, sales, or courier delays.
What if the product color varies?
We try our best to display accurate product colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences. These minor differences are not considered defects.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before processing or dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, you can request changes only before your order is processed. Once it is packed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
What is the exchange policy?
We offer exchange only (no refund) within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item or size is delivered
- Item is missing parts or tags (with proof)
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Can I return the product?
We do not offer returns. However, eligible products can be exchanged under our exchange policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use it to track your parcel through the courier service.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or unboxing video. We will arrange an exchange.

Will my order be confirmed if I do not respond to WhatsApp message?
Yes, your order may still be processed. However, we may contact you for confirmation if needed. Delays in response may delay processing.
