Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or exchange in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is expired or spoiled
  • Items were missing from your order

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order details must be provided
  • Return request must be made within the allowed time

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Requests made after the return period

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Your name and contact information
  • Brief explanation of the issue
  • Product photos (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is received and inspected, approved credits will be issued within 7–10 business days.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Customized orders
  • Items damaged after use
  • Products without tags or original condition

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged, incorrect, or expired, we will send a replacement subject to product availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
