Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is available for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged/defective product
- Size issue (subject to availability)

Returns
We only accept returns in case of:
- Damaged item received
- Incorrect item sent
- Major manufacturing defect
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved return cases.
- Refunds are not issued in cash.
- Customers will receive a store credit (voucher code), which can be used on our website.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for monetary refunds, even in case of defects. Store credit will be provided instead.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved credits will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale/discounted items
- Customized orders
- Items damaged after use
- Products without tags or original condition

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issue immediately.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
