Orders & Payments
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. This confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.
Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer
Orders are processed once payment confirmation is received where applicable.
Shipping & Deliver
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3000
- Flat Rs. 200 shipping fee on orders below Rs. 3000.
Dispatch Timing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Product is expired or defective
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days after approval.

Fouzia Fresh is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
